The legal system is often complicated and may seem especially so for those facing criminal charges who have little to no legal training. Unfortunately, a man in Nebraska may now have concerns after he was arrested and charged with several crimes. He may opt to ask an experienced criminal defense attorney for help making the decisions he now faces.

The man’s arrest stems from an incident that reportedly occurred in May. Reports claim that the man was intoxicated when he approached a woman standing outside of a housing complex. Police reports claim that the man was nude at the time.

With money in hand, police say the man pushed the woman into his parent, holding her against her will. Others witnessed the alleged event and contacted police. Officers say that the man resisted them, prompting them to use a stun gun. He was transported to the hospital once subdued; the woman was not injured. The man now faces multiple criminal charges, including burglary, false imprisonment and making terroristic threats.

The accusations against the man are serious and could have life-changing ramifications. The decisions that he makes while preparing his criminal defense could potentially have a significant impact on the rest of his life. As such, it is important that he fully understands all of his options and the potential outcomes of each. Others who have faced criminal charges in Nebraska have found that having an experienced professional on their side often gives them confidence in the decisions that they must make.
